Welcome to VinItalia Tours. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Payment Terms

Tour bookings require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation, with full payment due 30 days before departure. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: 10% fee. 30-60 days: 50% fee. 15-30 days: 75% fee. Less than 15 days: 100% fee. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide comparable alternatives when possible and notify you of significant changes.

Participant Requirements

Participants must be 18+ for wine tastings or accompanied by adults. You must inform us of dietary restrictions, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect your tour experience. Valid identification is required.

Liability and Insurance

VinItalia Tours acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. Our liability is limited to the tour price paid. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and health insurance.

Conduct and Safety

Participants must follow safety instructions and local laws. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund. Excessive alcohol consumption may result in exclusion from activities.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or health emergencies.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved in Florence, Italy courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.
